Scott Engel
Director of Sales Engineering
Scott Engel is the founder of Synertek, bringing over 40 years of experience in sales engineering, technical solutions, and building strong customer relationships. His career has been built on combining engineering expertise with a passion for helping customers solve complex challenges through innovative solutions and trusted partnerships.
A former Georgia Tech football player, Scott brings the same discipline, teamwork, and commitment to excellence from the field into his professional life. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, serving others through mission trips, and spending quality time with his wife. Scott’s faith, family, and dedication to helping others are at the core of both his personal and professional journey.
Scott Holland
Senior Executive Sales Representative
Scott Holland began his career as a Project Engineer, gaining valuable hands-on experience through equipment installations, project management, and plant start-ups. That foundation gave him a unique understanding of the challenges customers face and shaped his approach to developing practical, engineering-driven solutions.
After years of working in the field, Scott partnered with Scott Engel to build Synertek, where the two became known as “The Scotts” — a team recognized for their commitment to integrity, technical expertise, and putting their customers first. With over 20 years of experience in sales engineering, Scott has built lasting relationships by combining engineering knowledge with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys farming, spending time with his wife, and relaxing with his French Bulldog. He is also passionate about fitness, regularly working out, and hopes to return to competing in Ironman races. Scott brings the same dedication and perseverance to life that he brings to every customer partnership.
Cam Brown
Executive Sales Representative
Cam Brown brings a unique blend of military discipline, engineering expertise, and hands-on fabrication experience to Synertek. A former member of the United States Navy, Cam served as a Riverine, developing the teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills that continue to shape his approach today.
After his time in the Navy, Cam pursued his passion for engineering and manufacturing, becoming a Reliability Engineer before advancing into a Plant Engineer Development role with Shaw Industries. Throughout his career, Cam has developed a strong passion for continuous improvement, reliability, and getting to the root cause of problems rather than simply addressing symptoms.
Outside of his professional career, Cam has always been driven by competition and craftsmanship. He was a member of the Puerto Rico National Weightlifting Team and continues to enjoy pushing his limits through strength training and fabrication projects. His passion for building extends into creating custom vehicles and machines, combining his mechanical skills with his love for welding and fabrication. One of his proudest projects is a cut-and-stretched Jeep TJ that he purchased while serving in the Navy and transformed into a one-of-a-kind build.
When he is not working on projects or pursuing new challenges, Cam enjoys spending time with his wife, His daughter and their French Bulldog. He brings the same mindset to Synertek that he brings to every project — solve problems, build things better, and never stop improving.
